Returning merchandise if you are not completely satisfied, goes as follow you may return any item for a full refund, with Devine Fashions approval. To receive approval an order must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, with your original receipt. For a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below). For all items except for special order items, you have 7 days from the date of your original purchase to make a return with the exceptions noted below. 

 1. Items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery by the customer cannot be returned.

2. If you return an item for exchange, the replacement merchandise that you receive cannot be refunded, it is only eligible for exchange.

4. When approved, refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment with the exception of purchases made by check where the refund will be made in the form of a gift card.  Returns with a gift receipt will either be exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift card.   It may be necessary to ask for identification in connection with return or exchange.   We reserve the right to limit or decline a refund or exchange. 

 Please call customer service at 1-804-997-7890 Monday- Friday from the hours of 9am to 5pm EST, if you have any questions or concerns.  Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. Refunds/ Online Store Credit Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have an online store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
